Horrible logistical arrangement

Quality of the product is very good, but logistics was hopeless. Continuous follow up is so time consuming that the whole shopping experience has left us in bitter taste

Thank you for the review. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. There was an error on the invoice we made on the package, which is why the first package we sent was not forwarded by the Chinese postal authorities. Actually, we were told that the package would be sent back to our warehouse in a timely manner. However, after a few days, when it became clear that despite the information from the authorities, we would probably have to wait longer, we sent the product out again without waiting any longer.

About the customs fees you had to pay: it is so that when goods are ordered from a third-party country (in this case sending goods from our warehouse in China to India) customs fees are generally due (with a few countries as exception). It is at the discretion of customs whether the package is simply waved through customs or whether customs fees are getting charged. If custom fees apply, yes, we are not able to cover them unfortunately.

Again we're really sorry that you had a bad experience with us and we'll use this feedback to improve our service and being more transparent.
