While our normal processing time is between 3-7 business days, unfortunately, there are times when the preparation before actual shipment might take longer due to circumstances that we cannot predict. We’re very sorry every time this happens.
Sometimes if some of the items will take longer in processing, we will ship the items that are already available first. Because of this, rarely your whole order will be shipped separately in two or several shipments.
