We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us first to notify us of your intention to return and the reason behind it. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer alternative solutions to avoid the need for a full return and help you save on return shipping costs. Please always provide your order number in the email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs to return or exchange are the buyer’s responsibility, and returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you properly.
- Lightsticks are non-returnable.
⚠ Do not return your package to the sender’s address on the label. This is not our return address and may cause delays or prevent your return from being processed. Even if using your own shipping method, you must send it to the return address we provide.
