Why did I receive my order with a missing item?

Partial shipments may occur when one or more items in your order are delayed due to restocking issues or additional quality checks. To ensure you receive the available items as quickly as possible, we ship them separately at no additional cost to you. This allows you to enjoy the ready-to-ship products while we work on resolving any delays with the remaining items.
