All refunds not related to out-of-stock items will be refunded to the original payment method used which can be through PayPal, debit, or credit card. In some cases, if the customer agrees, a coupon code or store credit will be issued.

Refunds to Store Credits
Refunds that are due to out-of-stock items will be processed immediately into store credits. A notification will be sent to your registered email address to inform you that we have refunded an out-of-stock item into store credits. Within the next 14 days, you will have the chance to ask for a refund to your originally used payment method by sending a request to our support. In case of a refund to your original payment method, your store credit will be canceled.
Refunds to Credit/Debit Cards
Payment will be credited to the card used within 3-7 business days depending on your bank/card provider’s processing days.
Refunds via PayPal
The refunded amount will be credited to your account within the day the refund is initiated.
Refunds via Google Pay or Apple Pay
The refunded amount will go to the original payment method associated with your Apple Pay or Google Pay account.
