Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day our logistics partner has successfully picked up the order from our warehouse. The lead time varies depending on the customer’s shipping address and the couriers’ working days.

Delivery time may range from 7-25 days depending on the customer’s location and logistics partner. This calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days. Do note that delivery may take longer than the estimated time due to adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or holidays. During the busy season, processing and transit might need more time, such as Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Christmas.
